Something is missing there.

Decent drivers, engine has won the odd race, got Kers and the budget isn't the smallest and use of the 2nd Williams wind tunnel.

Surely the finger has to point at the chief designer sooner or later, got to wonder how they'd look in a years time if the had James Key for example? I'm not a Gascoigne basher but this team is under performing (car wise).

This team have got to stop dreaming and start with a dose of reality! All the elements are there, but there is an invisible barrier caused by Bad Management, Bad Designing, Bad Teamwork or Bad Internal Communication,
When they find the "Elephant in the Room", no doubt things will move on and results will improve, until they face this simple fact they are "Pi##ing in the Wind"!!
