shrieker. the teams do not have access to other teams telemetry! but thanks to lulu, the mclaren telemetry traces showing the differences between button and lulu, and also other info, is now in others hands. true it might not help others much, but they can see where lulu/buttons strong/weak points are. but lulu also issued other details on his site, so it was NO accident. in effect, he is trying to blackmail mclaren into signing him on for another year.

For those who didn't visit Lulu's twitter and so missed the mclaren telemetry graph and are interested in such things a last and probably short chance to see it, go to ESPN F1, I am amazed that is shown and still over there.
Richard, this telemetry graph is crammed with actual highly sensitive information such that it is supposed to be ultra confidential, and be assured that no team engineer from on the F1 grid will miss seeing it.

As previous poster's have stated, if most of of pulled a stunt like this it would be instant dismissal.

Clear your desk and go, escorted off the premises.

Lewis must have a future plan to pull a stunt like this.

Trust Trashed!

@ napiaT We all get your point. But, believe it or not Hamilton will still be a very rich man even if loses all that. He could leave F1 tomorrow and still won't have to work another day in his life. That's a lot better than most people could say.

Being fired for this would be norm for regular businesses, an F1 team should sue and strip him from all his money, they certainly have paragraphs in Hamilton's contract, military would court martial ...
