How exactly does a few quotes from a driver expressing his interest (as any out of F1 driver would) constitute a derailment of Lotus F1s contracted reserve driver?

Like Sutil's going to have ANY chance driving at Lotus after last year's "nightclub" incident with one of the big bosses there.

He might relish his chance but if you ask me, a one off race like that is a double edged sword...
