You do realise, Maclaren didn't go, "Lewis, You WILL run heavy downforce, and that's final!!!"

They regularly sit down over the course of the weekend, and decide what is and isn't working, THE DRIVER IS INCLUDED IN ALL DISCUSSIONS, and together they decide how they are going to run the car...

Oh, and to all 'disagreeing'.

If they didn't decide together, why did Lewis himself say, "We decided to go with the higher downforce...."
