whether or not the penalty was justified, the stewards had info that the rest of us did not have. we did not even see an overhead shot, which could have been very interesting. the decision has been made, and all have to live with it.

but i would also say that there are many many occassions this year, when a car exiting a corner, has taken the racing line and pushed others off the track, yet penalties were never given.

and dont forget, some of the most spetacular passes last year were made with the overtaker on the grass. (webber and vettel). and who was it that they were passing?? ferdi!

I dunno which rule and it applies at which places of track, but that just wasnt a penalty. FA had considerable time to back off and it wasnt like he had his car alongside SV going into the corner.

No one was at fault but stewards. Its like they want to take out the remaining of the rage from Romain Spa incident.

Why on Earth should FERRARI hire Vettel?

With FA they have possibly the most complete driver in the field, FA is easier to get along with, nicer and warmer than Vettel and that is good for the brand, and to top it all, he speaks perfect Italians and engages the tifosi.
Very refreshing, for a change, after Mr. Cold Michael Schumacher.

No, I think FERRARI is perfect with Alonso.

@Frank...are you blind? That was not a straight. Watch the replays. Regardless of your theory. You can only block 1 time. Vettel did more then block he ran Alonso off the track. Like Senna said himself, "if you do not race for a gap, you are no longer a race car driver"

Also, the ruling is that you must give a full length car widths...doesn't matter if on straight or a bend.

If you look at the replays...Clearly it shows Vettel being all over that track and being that Alonso last yr let him go easily with no run off...Vettel did the exact opposite. Hey either way his alternator blew. so karma's a "you finish it"!

Another point ill make...if FA did crash from that incident and FA DNF that race...would anyone be arguing about the article in terms of SV NOT running FA off the track or would all you folks who defend SV say that it was on accident? You Vettel supports are just as bad as him when it comes to this.

Hate to race you guys if thats what you people think. Its a gentleman sports...maybe the younger fans do not understand that term.
