Jules Bianchi quickest again on day two of Young Driver Test - albeit with a different team

i still do not understand what these days have been for. they were called young driver testing but ferrari been collecting aero data and mercedes said testing new parts. why teams allowed to do in season testing? anyone no?

Because it's been hard for young drivers to adapt to F1 because of the limited testing available. Although I think it's safe to say it's not working as planned - I seriously doubt any of the guys who participated in today's test will ever come near an actual race seat in F1... Some are there because their sponsors are willing to pay for having a corporate event on a real F1 test, some are there because they happen to have F1 testing experience but never raced (see McLaren for example).
