Lets ask the same question a different way ...

Should McLaren keep Hamilton?

Your question makes it appear that it's his decision ... which it isn't! ... well, after recent antics, less than half the equation!

A lot of people will have an opinion about the question in this poll, some for staying some for not, but as for what will happen they will all have to wait for the outcome.
This question/poll doesn't really fit my opinion of what should have been and what should be, my opinion of what should have been is still the same as stated on this forum (mclaren should have fired Lulu right there and then for breaching confidential team information, there is no other way about it for me), about if him should stay or not, my opinion is he should leave now that things have got to this point.

Its amazing how one man makes a team..should not have to be like that..If Hamilton want to drive for another team good for him..It Won't be as easy as being at McLaren but it will be a challenge but that may be what he needs.

It is entirely his decision - McLaren have said they want to keep him, but are offering him less money then he is currently on.
he can choose to accept their terms or move on.
McLaren will regret letting him go if he does move on. there is no one else available who can replace him.
Heikki and Button - there is a match made in boredom.

Nick.
If McLaren offer him the same money as contracted now and his trophies,
I reckon that would be fair enough.
If they offer him a lesser deal than he is currently on that is almost Constructive Dismissal.
I hope he stays.

Ron Dennis must be kicking himself now that he didnt get rid of Hamilton in 2008 and keep Alonso!! Hamilton won that lucky championship by 1 point....Alonso would have won in 08 by a much bigger margin.

2008 got McLaren a WDC. Sadly it didn't produce the highest paying trophy. WCC And racehound it wouldn't matter if you win by one point or a hundred. There is no difference.
