to paraphrase this entire article:

"Pastor is a ****ing loose cannon, but brings us millions, so his seat is safe"

"however we can get more money for Bruno's seat, so while i'm not telling him its over now (it would upset him) its over."

I hope they take Bottas alongside Maldonado next year. Pastor is very quick but imo Senna is making him look better, no ill rephrase that, look quickest than he really is. Williams needs 2 quick drivers, preferably one who can also finish races.

TRANSLATION TO ENGLISH- "If the 20 stone scottish guy who won the euromillions can come up with 50 pence more than Bruno, we'll run him next year, cos we're Williams, and we are a novelty act, not a racing team.

News are circulating in Brazil that "Williams CEO Toto has asked the name of Valteri Bottas to be approved as Pastor's teammate for next year (with no sponsorship backing). It also said that as long as Chavez deposits the agreed amount in October there's zero chance of Williams leting the Venezuelan go. Bruno on the other side has said he wants to stay and can bring some sponsorship money but Mr. Toto has said he trusts Bottas to be a long term better asset for the team than Bruno!" But let's keep in mind Mr. Toto is Bottas' manager so I see a big conflict of interests in this negotiation if Williams F1 doesn't start to be managed as it should things are looking even worse for the future!
