Double standards? For some reason Webber has a history of getting away with some pretty questionable driving. True is it rare but there have been numerous incidents over the years.

What is wrong with leaving the track on his in-lap, you say ??
On an in-lap or even a "out-lap" its deemed as gaining an advantage as Vettel was penalised last year for taking a big shortcut to get back before the flag dropped at the end of quali and start another lap.

It's in the rules.

@Angelina and Mark, well because Webber did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant a penalt. Time delta showed Glock lost pretty much nothing behind Webber. In fact, he was already slower by the time he got to him. As for the reprimand, he didn't take any shortcuts, he was getting out the way but it's still against rules which explains that.

So do u mean that the stewards r fair while applying penalties? I don't think so. They go by the driver as they have stupidly mentioned in Belgium in their statement.
