F1 » Di Resta celebrates 'best day in F1'

Paul di Resta: My best day in Formula One so far! We qualified well, raced hard and took advantage of a few retirements, but in the final stint we certainly showed that we had great pace.

I hope mcLaren use him to replace Hamilton, if Hamilton decides to move, that way he won't be a number 2 driver. A really good performance today, very pleasing at one point I thought he might have closed down the Ferrari more.

FOR THE EDITOR if your gonna use countries to identify the place where a person comes from, then, when you consistantly use Englishman, or English or England's. Offer Paul the same respect, He's Scottish. If you want to call him British then everybody is then British, lets have no double standards, do you understand.

di Resta would make a great second driver at any of the top teams for next year in my opinion. But for now he has to focus on catching and overtaking Perez in the drivers championship, which is no mean feat.

@decko. Let's call him british to better his chances in f1.
Paul has shown so much consistency, keeping out of trouble and getting on with his own races. Deserves such good results because he fights for them. Really has proven that he is capable of carrying a team and meeting the targets in races.
My opinion is he should just replace Hamilton and we will have another McLaren champion. No moans, no groans just gets the job done.
