The really funny thing here is to see all the fanboys who once detested Brawn, now saying he's the best thing ever, one even went as far as to comment on his tenure from 1994 at Ferrari having previously rubbished him!

Good luck to Lewis, only time will tell just how big a mistake he has made ... I don't. are what anyone says, Nico, although technically not German has a team that will fight for him, most people think that because they are based in the UK that they are mostly British, untrue! Nico will push Hamilton probably as much, if not more so than Jenson does now ...

Fully respect Jenson, out scored Lewis since he started, and still is! ... Talk about taking the money and running!

Schumacher won't be retiring either!

Watch this space!

Mercedes have been helped by Schumacher's technical experience in developing the car, but held back by his lack of pace in driving it. With the current fastest driver in F1 they can now enter their second phase. I predict both Hamilton and Rosberg will get good results next year and could propel Mercedes as high as third place in the WCC, establishing the team as genuine front-runners. Although di Resta is a top talent, I think Perez is much more ready to win and compete for the WDC. I don't think McLaren will be disappointed by him.

Why do people had to bring in Jensen into this issue? Lewis is Leaving McLaren he is not leaving Jensen?

Jenson had 7 years head start on Lewis BIG DIFFERENCE

This is Jensen's 13th season
This is Lewis 6th season

@ Jasper

As usual, argue with a point, not the truth ... so you don't deny it then.

Hammy fans are too easy, stats don't lie! ... do they?

Fact is, based on points ( how F1 success is measured ) Button is the better driver! ... that's all that counts! ... can you disprove that? ... happy for you to show otherwise ...

jasper. SOOOO? it doesnt matter how long a driver is in any team. lulu was in mclaren far longer than button, so had an advantage, yet button was still able to match and surpass him despite being a "newcomer".

Brilliant Lewis and good luck and sad for McLaren. Especially next year, when they will.have to pay for Mercedes engines. That is probably why they have got Perez, who is supported by the worlds richest man. They will also need the money, as I think that either Vodafone or Santander or both will go with him to Mercedes.
