Yea, being his only chance for the foreseeable future he would need to take that approach ... although I can't see it ... not this year, next year, or the year after that! ... nor even the year after that either...

With the scrapping of the new turbo's he firmly stuck in a three year contract that will yield nothing but even more frustration! ... there is absolutely no advantage ... none! ...

Sometimes it's better the devil you know! ...

Alonso will be happy to hear this, I guess partly born out of frustration with a teammate who won't play a support role. Please just try to close the gap to Vettel and not have anymore DNFs, u can still win this.

Always such arrogant bs from McJalopys and LuLu!! Does he think hes superman or what? Most of the drivers out there are probably hoping if anyone wins the title it will be Fernando...he truly deserves it more than anyone else if he can be leading the Championship in the 3rd fastest car on the grid!!!

I don't agree with the perceived perception being pushed around that any one of the three main engine manufacturers might steal a march/have an advantage regarding the new engine formula for 2014, the rules makes sure that will not happen and here am talking not only about the engine but also about the energy harvesting and power boosting devices (KERS/TERS). The engine situation in 2014 will be no different to what it is today re the contribution it makes to winning a race.

The same speech before every race, maybe he should suggest going to Mercedes with immediate effect, and Schumacher take his Mercedes work permit and finish the season in a McLaren Mercedes
