How about a time penalty of maybe 10sec at end of race? That way you can still race from the position you qualify. Might encourage harder racing to make up the deficit.

@ badman Jose, I've noticed you have been deleted several times, but that is logical, being a 'badman' :)

@ Crash, why not delete the whole post? I would rather read them than see the remains and wonder what was written. Nothing could be more stirring than any given 10 hours of Hamilton comments.

Should be an interesting race for Button. He has to up his quali, however. Vettel looks to be on form as is Hamilton. As usual, Alonso will move up anywhere he qualifies. Can't wait. Almost forgot Kimi! 2005 against FA and Fisi!

I quite like the idea of the team taking the penalty for gearbox/engine changes and it is being more consistent.
When McLaren peeped under Ferrari's kilt the team had all its points removed - the drivers had none (quite rightly).
