Great respect for 'The Professor' but he could be doing something for his country and F1 by bringing back the French GP to the Paul Ricard Circuit. Great race it was during them days. Also lets not forget, for all his success behind the wheel, he failed the sports toughest exam when his own team hopelessly collapsed.

That the Prost team went down wasn't really Prost's fault. Prost's undoubtedly a rich man but today to fund a privateer team as an owner you pretty much need to be a billionaire. Stewart didn't make it, Jordan didn't make it, Ligier didn't make it, Minardi didn't make it, Tyrell didn't make it, Team Lotus didn't make it...Williams depends on mega-millions of their drivers and sold a big share of the team.

Sauber may be the only exception, but that's because at least for some part the swiss industry happens to consist of products ideally suited to sponsor an F1 team, like banks and watch makers.
