I don't think Ferrari will sign Nico Hulkenberg. Ferrari seems to be not too keen to buying lottery this stage. They really need someone who can perform solid like Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel because they want to win factory and driver championship.
I believe Massa will stay at Farrari in 2013 but his salary will be less than current paid.
Probably, he can go to Sauber if another Mexican does not take the seat.
I think Kamui will retain his seat at Sauber for 2013.

I get the very strong impression from Hulkenberg's comments that he is on the move. Perhaps not to Ferrari, but moving none-the-less. When a driver is staying put, they very quickly hose down questions from the media. Ambiguity generally means they've got something up their sleeve.

Good on him. I hope he gets a strong car next year, wherever he is.
