richard - Nico's win was about as random as Olivier Panis's or Jarno Trulli's one win. Michael has out qualified him this season more often than not. I know that what ifs don't count but it seems pretty obvious to me which one of them is faster this year. In any case love him or hate him he made F1 more interesting for many of us with his comeback.

mark. nicos win maybe was a random win, but it was a WIN. he was never in danger. his two podiums were also eared on merit. so that was three good results, well earned. schumi never really got near these results, whether or not he had mechanical woes.

as with macca, it is all very well being the fastest in the team, in quali, but it is the end result that matters, not quali position.

JS is beginning to sound like Niki Lauda.. can these old duffers hear themselves.. actually probably not in Niki's case.. Niki reckons Hamilton is the best driver in F1.. but earlier this year he claimed the same thing about Fernando Alonso.. it must be due to being given a job at Mercedes.. I believe they call this selling your soul..
Sorry lost respect for all the old duffers.. they talk total crap..

What a bitter old man Stewart has become. It's one thing to have an opinion, but then to compare you're own statistics with someone who is retiring shows a lack of grace and character. Stewart has been hanging around with Lauda too much....
