Mark Webber has launched into a blistering attack on Romain Grosjean, calling him a "first-lap nutscase" and saying that the Lotus driver's performance is "embarrassing at this level."

Shouldn't be a surprise that people supporting Grosjean and running down Webber seem to share that same single brain cell, from the sound of their comments. Who knew so many mouth-breathers followed Formula 1?

The nutcase here is Mark Weber, who it seems is not able to do a reasonable start and ends up backing up people into him, Grosjean is right, we should have a look a Weber's delta compared to other drivers at the time

I noticed some people are slamming Webber. Webber is consistent and that's very important to teams. He is level headed analytical driver. To be honest if I were in his shoes I don't think I can be that calm about completely losing a championship podium due to Grosjean's repeated error.

eric52 aka eric the half bee,
thedonnas aka donnanothing,

I doubt you would be so critical of Webber if you were putting your life on the line at turn 1 with RG "racing" in close proximity to you.

"putting your life on the line" LOL

it is not a James Bond movie or afghanistan, nobody dies in FORMULA1 since 20 years...

cars and tracks make Formula1 the SAFEST RACING COMPETITION.

but i guess you don't know it.

@ thedonnas - So you think F1 is just dodgem cars or demolition derby then.

Grosjean went in there way too quick, when Webber was just getting on the power to round the corner which is exactly the same thing the two cars in front did except they didn't have Grosjean behind them.
