Starting to get his confidence up and now and showing good potential, he defended well against Schumacher, no easy feat, I watched an interview after the race with Schumacher, you could tell he thought highly of Daniel.

This guy is the real deal! Last week against Webber and now against Schumi. He is showing he has what it takes and is making a fool of one usual poster, who for some odd reason thinks that Vergne is better driver.

taz. makes no difference to me or my opinion. dont forget that before schumi took vergne out, vergne was ahead of schumi too, and was three places ahead of ricciardo!

mercs are now fighting for places with str.

Lewis can look forward to dicing it with Daniel and JEV next season, and perhaps losing out. BTW, I haven't seen anything of Commodore so I guess he is still celebrating after a very good weekend for his team at the Bathurst 1000.

Richard,

You are nothing short of insufferable.

However, before you continue too far with your JEV fanboy rants, let's not get carried away with how far in front JEV was of Ricciardo in Singapore. Different strategies at that point of the race.

And unless I'm very much mistaken, I haven't seen JEV hold off a 7x WC for 10 laps with soft warn tyres...

trent. i have my opinion, just as you have yours. so presumably you are insufferable too. welcome to the club.

first of all, vergne was on same strategy as ricciardo in singapore. he stopped twice. once on 12th lap and once on 25th lap. two laps later than ricciardo.

secondly, schumi was the one on worn softs in suzuka.

thirdly, comparing the racing stats, in most races this year, vergne has started behind ricciardo, but within 10 laps, has been ahead. and that is without any pit stops.

vergne is a poor qualifier, but a better racer.

having that opinion does not make me a fanboy. if it does, than the likes of brundle and dc are also fanboys, as they have the same opinion.

@ Richard - Dan has already matched in 3 less seasons the best Beiber could do in a way better STR than Dan could ever get his hands on. LMAO !!!!
Lets remember the best Bieber could achieve was 6th in the DRY in the STR which Dan matched already and if you look at what Senna did then there is no comparison what so ever.
