F1 » F1 2012 POLL: What should they do about Grosjean?

Another first lap incident has led to a hail of criticism from all sides for Lotus driver Romain Grosjean. So what should they do about 2012's latest "crash kid" to knock him into shape?

This is a really difficult one, yes I agree he is fast in the race, but the opening lap is all part of the race. I feel for the guy, but how many chances is he going to get? I wouldn't mind if the crashes only had an impact on him and the team, but it's having an impact on what is a good racing season. I would like to see him race in the future, but at the moment lets not let the championship be decided by Grosjean. Take him out for the rest of the season and let others show their talent.

We know that grosjean has caused some crashes in this season but there is no doubt he is a talentend driver with good skills..otherwise how he would be a GP2 Champion.. I think luck is not favouring him...

Theres an easy solution for Roman Grosjean......... Let him drive for Red Bull, then he will be at the front when the lights go green, so no one can catch him and tangle with him !

Tout le monde d'accord ?

@1jez

Webber is the driver who has lost most positions during the first lap in today's formula1, and maybe in all formula1 history...

there's something wrong in the way Webber starts races, you just read statistics and you know it.

so about you go away?

The guy (Romain) needs to be left alone. I reckon its all the bullying from the likes of Webber thats unsettling him. All drivers make these mistakes- often though no fault of theirs, ie when the guy in front is too slow. One thing is for sure - Grosjean is not deliberately causing these incidents. The rest need to get real.

I think he has had a string of bad luck..nothing intentional. racing
incidents and bad judgment has placed him in this situation. All
the really good ones (drivers) have been in the same situation, maybe
not in such a short period of time, most have played the same tune.
The media prostitutes will play this sorry drama for ($) all its worth.
Complete with a pole to prompt the masses to keep the firestorm
going..I guess it is, what it is..

Badman, Jose
