F1 » F1 2012 POLL: What should they do about Grosjean?

Another first lap incident has led to a hail of criticism from all sides for Lotus driver Romain Grosjean. So what should they do about 2012's latest "crash kid" to knock him into shape?

he has done well in matching error prone kimi in qualifying! next season when kimi has input on the car development, and the team provide him the steering setup he wanted, Romain will hv no chance to shine beside kimi!! Also pirelli will hv wider working range next season, it will aids kimi 's gentle driving style that had been hurting him in qualifying.

Leave the kid alone. It's all part of the growth process. Weber was just as much at fault for turning down in front of the kid as Romain was not judging his closing speed. Weber should have known better.
Nobody is raking Kimi over the coals for hitting Alonzo.
I would be more worried about where the Williams cars are, how many people has Pastor and Senna hit this year? I don't see them sitting them down.

@lthompson - Webber should have known better? Known what better, that Grosjean "was not judging his closing speed"? Yeah, coz the driver in front should always be aware of what the driver behind is thinking about and drive accordingly... Give me a break.
