So how long till the rest of force india is up for sale, paul stoddart found out the hard way that having a succesful airline is still does not bring in enough money to run an F1 team, jackie oliver said a long time ago, 'how do you make a small fortune from grand prix racing, well start with a large fortune' bye bye fif1.

This is the Dude that caused a firestorm among India's F1 fans.
Saying 'No Indian driver was good enough to drive for Force India',
his racing team.
Well payback is a heavy mother..Could this be payback, I really
hope so.
Rubber checks, failing to pay the workers + Failure to
appear = jail time. send this dude up the river..

I wonder if the price of Force India has now dropped enough for Michael Schumacher to dig out the loose coins behind the settee and buy the team. That would solve Mallya's problem, give MS something to do next year and give the fans a new team that doesn't just make up the numbers.
It won't happen but its a great rumour to start.... :)

He sold of 50% of the team and his investment in the team will be separate from his Kingfisher business (I hope) so maybe it's the end of his involvement in F1 but hopefully it wouldn't affect the teams existence, besides he'll have money hidden away from the bad businesses.

Spare a thought for the amount of staff who haven't been paid for ages despite doing their jobs, been there in the past and it truly sucks.

Mallya is finding out that being rich doesn't equal to success in F1. He may have come into F1 with false hopes. It seems that he liked to flaunt his wealth more than anything. Now the bill collectors are knocking at his door. His situation wouldn't be this bad if he had partnered with a major company when he first started Force India, but again his ego and bull-headedness wouldn't allow that. The best F1 teams have major partners... now Mallya might face jail for rubber checks. I was wondering what that was flying around in the atmosphere... it was one of his checks, not one of his planes.
