Izzy, it sure is a very nice feeling. I just hope he can get away from the line well tomorrow. He has had some good starts this season unlike last season. If he is at the front after 2 laps, he is a good chance to win.

And what of Vettel's blame game over the radio? He's so much like my wife's grandma, something goes wrong and he looks to blame someone/anyone else.

Just humbly accept today you were beaten for pole. Tomorrow matters.

What will those of you who hate Vettel for no good reason other than jealousy do when the DRS is enabled and Seb swerves around Mark? Or maybe when he swerves around Mark before the first turn?
I see another 20+ second gap from Vettel to the 2nd place car at the end of the race.

ricmcl. i guess that you mut really hate some other drivers!
some posters complain when seb gets pole, saying its monotonus, favouritism etc, yet just because he fails by one tenth of a second, they try to find fault with him.
yes, a driver is disappointed when they have a chance at pole and then just miss out, but that is their competitive spirit. look at any of the top six, they also are not deliriously happy to miss pole. but seb doesnt wory too much, he just lets his driving do the talking.

a bit of nationalistic pride is understandable, but it sometimes appears to be gloating.

any driver that gets pole, deserves it, whether in the best car or by better driving. but it is only the race that matters

vettel is a great just driver. he's just the world's worst loser.

love how he screamed at his engineer, and then blamed massa. then in the press conference says "i don't want to blame felipe". which means, 'i'm blaming felipe for my performance, but don't want to appear like i'm blaming felipe for my performance.'

he's very clever.
