I like Button (though not exactly a 'fan') and think he is a good 'Race day driver ' but it does get a bit of a pain that he just cant seem to qualify well which compromises his race and he often has a fight to get a decent result
Saying that, could be first corner carnage tomorrow - expecting some violent swerving to occur

He should have qualified in the top 4 at least probably top 3 but his race pace in practice was very strong. So with extra fresh sets of tires & if he gets his elbows out a bit we could see a very strong & exciting race from Jenson.

I think first and foremost they should be looking at strategy to get Lewis to win if they are at all bothered about winning the manufacturers championship.
McLaren are going to have a poor 2013 and beyond as far as qualifying goes now they have lost Hammerton.

@Randy. "This guy will destroy his tires or even the car in the first 10 laps."

if u care to know he as had 4 DNF this year and not one was his own fault and still manage to lead JB
please am here for critical F1 view not your hate propaganda.

Lewis is very good at managing his tyres these day he even did a one stop in Catalunya which was shocking to everyone.

Like I have stated numerous times, McLaren will be 0.5-1.0 seconds slower in qualy next year, and Mercedes will be 0.5-1.0 faster. Those who dislike Lewis will continue to do so, but like him or not, the results speak for themselves.

I just cannot comprehend why 99.9% of you British is so happy by this Mclaren statment, when you all know LH has a better (Distant-thanks to Mclrn) change at the title than JB. Also why Mclaren did not have the same approach last wkend twards LH again who is better positioned on the standings?
... and farthermor, Lewis was unexplicably all satuday and the race with a broken rear suspension... what a joke

Yet you aploud it, what a shame.

@Me, you may recall, Lewis recently stated he didnt want JB's help, he wanted to achieve the title 'on his own', JB also stated that while he had a mathematic chance, he woudnt be aiming to help Hamilton, the team appears to be allowing them (the 'teams' drivers) to follow their (the drivers) wishes. Along with the fact that the fanboys claimed 'how can JB help Lewis', 'Lewis doesnt need Buttons help' etc.
