Only six drivers mathematically still in the chase, the same five usual suspects as we have had since 2010, with the addition of Raikkonen. Before the race, Alonso described Ferrari as the best team, they moved into second place in the constructers championship coinciding with Felipe Massa being told to maintain the gap to the team leader. Lewis Hamilton finish was the 54th consecutive race McLaren had scored in. Read somewhere a quote for Lewis, 'the grass isnt always greener on the otherside, sometimes its just astroturf'.

My guess for the final results for the season:

Driver's Championship:

1) Vettel
2) Alsonso
3) Webber
4) Raikkonen
5) Hamilton
6) Button

Constructor's Championship:

1) Red Bull
2) Ferrari
3) McLaren
4) Lotus

Both Red Bull and Ferrari seem to be the form teams for the run in to the end of the season...

Kimi is doing an awesome job this year, considering Lotus is 4th in the championship and arguably worse is the last few races where Sauber and FI have been strong, to still hang on to 3rd is a great achievement.

With the exception of not nailing Vettel in Bahrein, meeting the limits of the tyres in China and a bit of a lacklustre race in Canada he's been absolutely on it this year. I'm just a little concerned that the team may not be able to improve the car a lot for next year.
