Its a heroic drive with that in mind! most would retire! unfortunately, its a long line of mechanical failiures, and general screw ups that other teams just dont have! I can totally see why he's leaving.

What have McLaren achieved since Martin Whitmarsh took over in 2009? Nothing. They have actually lost more than they have gained, in my opinion. If this was in any company, he would have lost his job. How can a top team start with the best car in 2012, now lie 3rd in the championship considering how average the Red Bull and the Ferrari were at the start of the season? Hamilton not saying anything, but who know what is going on inside the team????

A preview of things to come perhaps? He should get used to fighting tooth and nail for 8th, 9th and tenth places next year at Mercedes.

what a boring race... i hope vettel dont go off like that for the last 4 races but gota feeling his gonna. what the hell is going on at mclaren lately this is shocking.. i cant wait for hammi to go to merc.. for sure he will be quick but has taken a lot on with that car next season.gwd luck to hamilton for when he joins merc
