Midway through this season, I did agree that Ferrari should replace Massa for next season but over the past few races, Massa has proven that he has earned his seat for 2013. In the last 2 races,Massa has proven that he could match Alonso's pace and at times looked stronger. If he keeps his form and if Ferrari can give them a good car, I think Redbull would have a good challenge.

McL with Mr No Grip Button and Perez would probably not be as strong as a Alonso/Massa pairing. Massa is certainly a stronger driver than DiResta or Hulkenberg with his experience in winning GPs and in managing the stress at Ferrari.

what some posters are missing, is the fact (confirmed by ferrari) that flip never had the same car as ferdi , in the first half of the season. he was being used to test various items that could or could not be put on to ferdis car. once he got the same car as ferdi, his pace has been there. that is why ferrari were sticking by him. they new that flip was not the problem, the car was.
