I've always liked FM, and its nice to have a bit of a human story in there, he's had some bloody heartache - robbed of being champion by Timo Glock, Flavio Briatore, Nelson Piquet and all manner of dark forces, then nearly killed by Ross Brawn, and finally premature baldness. Rock On Felipe, I'm not a driver 'fan' but seeing you back at the front would see even me shed a tear...

What if Felipe throws the cat amongst the pidgeons next year by winning the WDC? I mean, the way he is finally regaining his driving form, is it totally out of the question??

If that were to happen, Ferrari would need some almighty team orders to make sure Alonso stays in front for the whole season!

I'm surprised at so many people congratulating Felipe. The one year contract is likely due to Ferrari keeping their options open for 2014. With Vettel a big possibility regardless of what Monti or Horner says. I just don't see Felipe mounting a WDC challenge any time soon and for me you need to be at least threatening to win races to be in a top team. 1 podium in 2 years @ Ferrari while your team mate gets 19 in the same period says it all.
