Whats my point. Hmmm.

Well i think Mossy is regarded as the best f1 driver never to win a WDC, but you did use the word successful and as Mossy has more gp wins than DC who had five years longer in f1 i would have thought Dc is not the most successful driver never to win a WDC.

Dc's BBC commentary is really monotonous and dreary. Even worse, once he's started, he tends to speak about unimportant isues and his opinions even while events are exploding on track.
He should keep to what he knows (which is driving), keep the DTM seat and leave commentary instead, just like Jonathan Legard thankfully did.
Google "Petition for Jonathan Legard to be dropped as BBC F1 Commentator." We might soon need something similar to keep Coulthard in DTM and out off our ears.

quade. i must admit that i find far more factual info in dc's commentaries, than i ever did in brundles or jordans. at least dc knows what he is talking about, rather than brundles obsession in z listers, or ej going on about when he owned jordan!

richard, i think both DC and Brundle are good commentators. For me this season i have sometimes got lost with all the strategy and pit stops during a race and usually had to wait until everything pans out before getting to grips with the race again and i find these guy invaluable during a race as they can sum up and read what the teams may do and basically keep fans in touch to what is going on which you would expect from x f1 drivers but they both have quality oratory skills also. As for EJ i just cant take him seriously.
