A revived French Grand Prix looks to be in pole position to take the vacant spot on the 2013 season calendar left by the postponement of the New Jersey event.

Sounds like good news. Hope this holds !

I actually have no idea how F1 would fare on the Paul Ricard layout which is quite good from a driving point of view but it always difficult to predict the racing quality.

I guess they would use the layout with the chicane on the back straight to have another overtaking point.
