They really need next years car to be a frontrunner, or they'll be paying for Mercedes engines in 2014, a lot of highly paid people, on nice retainer's, producing absolutely rubbish results consistently.

I'm guessing next year is going to be a tough one.

I'd reckon most effort is going into the 2014 car, probably the way Brawn pitched it to the board, new regs major game changer etc.

I think maybe they should be working on the 2020 car. Might just give them long enough to make some progress. All they ever do is admit that they have a lot of work to do, but never do it.

You had better hurry up and improve your car, Norby because the bestest driver in the whole wide world is coming next season and you promised him a World Championship. If you don't provide him with a winning car you had better have a lot of toys available for throwing out of the pram, lots of Kleenex and some seriously BIG sunglasses.

knowing 50% of their colleagues might loss their again
, like they once did, when they won the constructor and
driver championship!
