Mark's role from now on is to finish in front of Fernando but behind Seb. He is allowed to try to get third in the WDC but not if it prejudices Seb winning the WDC. All a bit depressing for one eyed Webber fans like me, but that's the reality.

there is no way he can beat the politics inside the team. the power resides in helmut marko, and vettel.

even the body language of the red bull team member in the room before the podium in india, said how much the team rallies around vettel.

do you really think a 36 yr old aussie from a country of barely 20 million, has as much marketing clout as a young german guy who is being groomed into the next schumacher?

think about the money and sponsorship involved. think about the redbull brand's marketing long term marketing strategies. they want to create a motorsport megastar who breaks all the records, it's what the red bull brand is about. it's marketing, not motorsport.

There is no way RB are stuffing with Mark's car. They need him to finish infront of Ferdi, getting maximum WCC points.
The truth is Webber just gets seriously bad luck with junk parts. Happened his whole career, even at Jag and Williams when he stuffed in on the front row or was on for a really good result.

Mark has a job to do. He KNOWS THAT he might not love that but its his job. He will go to work and get PAID to do it. Seb has kicked his butt most of the time so he is ahead, Mark is the older guy working the best he can ya of course he wants the WDC but not this year so on he must go, TO WORK , good luck next year MARK .
