Martin Whitmarsh has admitted that the team should have been more successful than it was during Lewis Hamilton's six-year spell with the team, but insists that it's not the driver's fault.

I think this guy must of had his head buried in a sand pit if he is singling out that tussle between Lewis and Jenson as an example of why they have lost so much ground to Red Bull and Ferrari . Instead he should stand infront of a mirror and ask the question why and he will see the answer staring back at him . Why his job isn't in doubt i don't know .

I know what your answere is on going...dont worry abvout the hators/fanboyz.

Its time to move on, give Perez a try and find out what you will- he is worse than Loolee (by a small margin). Only cos Loolee is experienced a 'bit' more.

Then you need to take on a better driver like Pastor Maldonado, its time to move on. Get that team going.

How can you critiscise the team now? That shows your lack of management expertise.
