F1 » Raikkonen and Lotus shine in the desert night

A perfect start off the grid put Kimi Raikkonen into 2nd place in Abu Dhabi, and when race leader Lewis Hamilton succumbed to electrical issues the Finn seized his chance for glory.

"Thats not hate thats just stating a fact"

You are doing your level best to describe Vettel as being "lucky" in a race where he started dead last because of a freak fuel mishap! You are not "stating a fact", you're being as blindly emotional as a teenage girl.

If Vettel were in fact "lucky" he'd have started third, from where he'd almost certainly have won the race.

lol IF you were born without nuts you would be an aunty not an uncle thats what IF means .
Lewis no doubt had everyones measure but again to finish first you have to finish. Seb no one can really now say he has trouble in traffic and yes his car was altered to suit the race he had to run as any other team would have done . Still with all that happened he drove a brillant race i thought .
Kimi is just Kimi great drive and love his comments and he will be better again next year with more import to the lotus.
To the one asked about seb and mark having different cars lol if mark thought he was being short changed he would be bitching rightly so to everyone and also RB want constuctors points

Bravo Kimi, you have demonstrated that with less performance of car (relative to Ferrari)you can beat Fernando easily, although it is said that he is driving with 120%. So you must be driving with 140%. You are obviously better that Fer-Fer. Keep on beating them.

enrico. maybe rbr should employ you?

for goodness sake, the words used by kimi and seb are part of everyday language, like it or not. do you think that none of the "millionaires" etc on the podium and elsewhere, have never used such language? get real.
and seb did not pour wine. it is not allowed in abu. and so what if he poured some over dapper dave? seb was on a high after the drive of his life.
i would far rather have his attitude, then the dour faced ferdi , who would not talk to anyone.

I am really happy for Kimi. I'm not a fan of individual drivers per se but I have always respected Kimi's ability. I won't try to get into which driver is better than which as it is pointless. Based on the race today I think the two best drives were by Kimi and Seb.

We had a glimpse of the Webber of old with a couple of very clumsy passing attempts. I thought he had moved on from that.

All up it was a great race to watch. Thanks to all the drivers who fought long and hard right to the finish.
