Mrfill, Button actually started 7th in that race, he found himself last (21st) on lap 37, so it doesn't show up in the record books as most gains from start to finish of a race.

The record for positions gained is 30! Jim Rathmann went from 32nd to 2nd at Indianapolis in 1957, most of those records were set at Indy in the 50's for obvious reasons.

The Indy 500 races were not open to any of the F1 cars used the rest of the season though. In 1957, 33 entrants all american drivers, no Ferraris, no Maseratis, no BRMs, Coopers or Vanwalls.
I suppose its one way of engineering a win for a US driver in F1.

Any other driver would be leading this poll by a huge margin with Vettel's performance. But since it is him, it must have been the car and good luck - not by any chance can his result be attributed to his driving skills.

Well, I voted for him anyway.

Has to be Lewis over the weekend took the Mclaren and blue away the Rb8 cars in practice and quali and would have walked it if not for a car which is fast but not reliable.

RGB that would be "blew"

The Red Bulls are a sort of blue colour.

Fanboys are feeling kind of blue.

Lulu blew another championship this year.

Lulu blew his chances at McLaren and will be at Mercedes next year and his fanboys will be screaming blue murder if it's another crap car.

Get it yet?

We are going to see what Golden boy is going to do with his Godfather in charge! Probably ask Perez to slow down.
