F1 » Alonso: There is nothing we can do

Fernando Alonso appears to have conceded the outcome of this year's F1 world championship to fate, after Sebastian Vettel joined him on the podium in Abu Dhabi.

Of course there's nothing you can do Adongo, you just don't have the talent to beat Vettel or Hamilton. Waving your arms at Webber during qualifying?? Getting frustrated at your lack of skills are we LOL What happened to your samurai logic about climbing mountains and other crap? Oh well, better late than never to realise that without cheating (mass dampers) and having Flabio hold your hands or ordering your team mate to crash, you're nowhere.

I think Fernando is the one who cant do anymore, this season Red Bull and McLaren have been the cars to be in, with two races to go only one Red Bull has a possibility of finishing ahead of him. He has given everything this season.

The McLaren was the car to have. Alonso had a massive lead at the summer break and must have thought it was in the bag.

I don't think Vettel gets the praise that he deserves. The Red Bull was not the best car for a large part of the season and he still racked up some good points.

I think Alonso, Vettel and Hamilton are the best 3 drivers currently and either Alonso or Vettel would be worthy champions.

Alonso is very clever, he uses his words to send almost subliminal messages. This a big one to his team boss and Fiat to get their finger out and make real improvements. I'm thinking he'll do v well in Austin but not in Brazil, lets see.

ferdi has really thrown in the towel. his demeanour says it all. gesticulating that webber blocked him in quali, when he didnt, his sour face on podium, his refusal to talk to the others in the green room etc. compare it with sebs reactions before and after the race, widely reported elsewhere. he accepted the penalty and when told not to worry, told horner that he would see him on the podium!

Time for Fernando to think more about how to get the world champion crown not beautiful excuses. I notice that Fer(rari) & Fer(nando) are so good in making beautiful statements and excuses all the time.
