Rosberg has a bit of an advantage first season over Hamilton since he is already in the team
plus cant imagine that Hamilton is able to speak German as well as he does Gangsta so could also have a slight effect

I am looking forward to a bright spark from the Merc team next year with both drivers and the newly hopefully employed strategists advising the adaptability in driving style etc that H has....

I think Nico will throttle Lulu the same way Jenson did last year. Where are the idiots like Johnny Herbert saying things like "Lulu is going to 'murder' Nico?" Nico is certainly Lulu's equal at the very least. Nico has compared favorably to Schumi. This may be the final nail in Lulu's coffin.

Nico could not really compare to Schumacher on experience, he has more (only 1 seasons worth) experience than Hamilton, and already experienced joining a new team, he shoudnt be worried.

Wrong Ptolomy!!
If it wasnt for Wimpmarsh perpetuating an unjust status quo all along, for fear of the quicker driver wiping the floor with his signing Mr NO grip, things would have looked a whole lot different my friend..this time Brawn and Haug, will be giving him the support he needs to lead the team, and get them poles, whoop whoop!

blackstar. brawn and haug did not give either nico or schumi the support THEY needed. in fact, the car has gone backwards since the honda designed car that won the wdc. so why do you think that haug and brawn will be any different with lulu.
at least they knew their secrets were safe with schumi and nico, and they did not have any tantrums to contend with.
wonder who will get fed up first?
