Coca Cola usually don't sponsor teams but rather events. That prevent them from being on the losing side - witch would be quite certain there...Maybe a Coca Cola challenger then.

Potentially, an F1 team could be interesting to investors with cash looking for global exposure even if not being located in Oxfordshire is a minus. That said, Spain should be quite cheap on the other hand.

I wish DAMS or Oreca would mount a team but I'm not sure buying HRT would be the best solution.

Barwa Addax of GP2 are Spanish so why not if they get some support.

To all that's putting the team down.

all i can say is...at lest they had a go. i dont see any of you getting any closer to having a team in f1...they did the best they could with what they had. wasn't much but despite that...they had a good go. i wish the team well and hope they get a buyer that make them move forward

Only a lunatic would buy into a team like this, or Marussia for that matter. No DNA like Marussia. Useless. Like football leagues surely a decent GP2 team or the likes should be given their spot...

a question for someone who GENUINELY knows a bit about it - exactly what have HRT got as assets to sell? I can think of 2XF1 entries, forward contracts from sponsors, some out of date and not very quick chassis, their factory, transport and tools (if they own, rather than lease, them) and the design of their next car.

Anyone?
