Brilliant , well done Marussia, you have climbed above Caterham in one Grand Prix, which is only two years after you claimed you would do it after all. One qualifying session doesn't mean its set in stone but shows how desperate Lowdes is in making out what a heroic , giant killing result this is required presumably to lure some lunatic into investing in the team !!
Shame on Gascoyne to for spending so much money in two years for such dreadful results in cars he has designed. Its all a bit hopeless. Rather be a small sponsor at the sharp end. After all, hopeless teams like Minardi at least had class and a brand...

They should be patting themselves on the back! They have made noticeable progress since the mid season. Did some great wind tunnel work and obviously made some great parts.

Caterham is not sitting still either, yet have passed them for 10th position, without KERS ...worth millions of dollars extra for the team! Any team would be happy to improve their position like that.

Real easy to slag them and say they suck at the back of the field, but it must be recognized some real progress has been made.
