Kobayashi copped a five place grid penalty at the 2010 Hungarian Grand Prix for the exact same error. Stewards need to be consistent in their rulings, it's unfair for the same incident to earn one driver a penalty but another driver a reprimand.

Its almost as if the authorities are afraid to upset Red Bull in case they walk away from F1 or something so they constantly let them get away with stuff that other teams would be punished for
Yet again it seems to be all about the money - sickening
