F1 » Ferrari still believing in dream after ‘unexpected podium’

Fernando Alonso continues to believe that the odds of him taking the 2012 F1 world title are a lot better than anyone is prepared to admit.

Vettel threw a wobbley when Hamilton passed him into first place in Austin , did the same when Webber outqualified him recently and almost lost his temper again when he damaged his wing after starting from pit lane.He is as ruthless as Alonso and to be a winner you must bully your team mate and be totally selfish. The two of them have a lot in common

ty. it is unbelievable that there are some posters who cannot grab that concept. maybe these posters should write down what was actually said, and then try to explain how seb could complain AHEAD of something happening.

Stefano will be sticking pins in models of Vettel's alternator between now and Brazil.

The Pierlli stetsons made me laugh, what next, bowlers for Silverstone? Berets in France? Bush hats with corks in Melbourne?

Thunderstorms forcasted for sataurday and 60% chance of rain next sunday.

All to play for now and Vettel must be on the edge of his seat hearing this. Cant wait for next sunday to wrap up this crazy season :)

Go Alonso!!

Well Ferrari are getting everything their drivers can give, that's for sure.
But technically Ferrari is in a wasteland. New floor & wings for Alonso's car in practice and Massa, without the new parts is faster. Perhaps Ferrari should revert to the Germany spec car if they are to have a chance at Interlagos!

I wish very much for Alonso to win this title but the odds are against him and I still insist this is more due to Newey's ability than Vettel's ability. They are only two chances left for Alonso. First of all, Newey is human, he can't fight the nature if at Interlagos is going to rain, is going to rain, nothing to do about it. So everything could happen during wet races. Second, Newey is a genius in designing parts for Red Bull, but no one can assure him that those pieces and those produced by Renault Group, can be entirely reliable. So, in these to cases maybe Alonso can still do it. In other cases, Vettel will be the first triple world champion since Senna and Schumacher did it times ago.

If there is a 60% chance of rain on Sunday, then we are in for a barnstormer of an end to the season! Everybody must be at their best and bring their A-game...ie the drivers, engineers, race stewards, backmarkers, FIA, etc.

CAN'T WAIT!!!

It will be fantastic if Alonso wins this title. In this case he may undoubtfully be considered one of the greatest in sport's history.

But finally, number of titles means a lot, but not all. Vettel may win 10 championships, but he won't be considered an F1 great if he continues driving his spaceship.
