If Alonso comes up behind Sebastian, I want to see Seb just pull to the side and let the Spaniard pass so there is no chance of a wreck. Then Seb could just follow Alonso home.

Well thats when they would encourage Massa to pass Vettel and Hamilton would help his buddy (I hope he doesnt) the way see it Ferrari would need Massa if Alonso is going to win and RBR need Webber... I guess this trying slow webber down with KERs failure would come back to hunt RBR

eddie. rbr knew of ferraris trick nearly 24 hours before the race, and yes, it would have been possible for rbr to try a similar trick with marks car, but they stated that they wouldnt even consider it.
RBR need webber to be ahead of alonso and to suffer from no problems, but there are some deluded posters (see lulumerc above) who still cling on to conspiracy theories such as rbr trying to slow webber down, with kers failures! yet they did not voice such theories when seb has kers failure or alternator failures.

their fanboyism blinds them to reality.

@ f1fan

The problem what Ferrari did with the Massa's car is that it's against the spirit of racing as it affected also other drivers and their starting places just to get a better one for Alonso. What RBR did in Abu Dhabi didn't affect other drivers' grid position as Vettel would have started from the last position anyway. And to start the race from pit lane is like giving extra 200-300m advance for the others before you're given the green light. And it has been widely used also by other teams during the years if the qualifying has gone badly wrong. So comparing it to Ferrari's dirty tactics isn't comparable, only to what Citroen did in WRC when they took time penalties just to get better starting positions few years ago before they changed the rules how starting positions are defined. I hope FIA changes rules next year so this can't be done anymore to affect the grid.

oli said maximising the rule book is what everyone does, and lot of people seem to think if the rules let you do something unfair then fia at fault for not writing rule properly. but at singapor was there any rule to say team mate cannot crash deliberate to bring safety car? was there rule to say schumacher can not crash in qual at monaco to stop anyone beat his fast lap? just becouse rule book not forbid it does not mean it is not cheating.

Vettel cant move until the last car passes the first corner then he goes down under and out of the pit lane by the time Vettel got out of the pit lane the last car has past turn 6, in Spain Lewis had passed 4 cars before they got to the first corner.

RGB, you're deluded and we've known that for some time.

OOPS I've said that during my natural life, I can only imagine the vengeance, strife and numerous multi accounts that you shall send to try and destroy me....

(good luck)
