Jenson Button: I'd love to have a clean weekend, a trouble-free qualifying and then have a good run at scoring some strong points on Sunday

PREDICTABLE! Once Jenson open his mouth the haters jump down his throat and twist his words.

I thought Button showed great pace at Austin along with Hamilton. He was making great overtakes.

Jenson i'm afraid a fully focused Hammi was just a bridge to far even with the Mclaren suicide team being employed on his side of the pitts this year.

Anyway i was looking at the f1 standings for 2012 and i saw that Lewis has 190 points and Jenson has 163 points with one race to go. Does that mean Lewis has beaten JB "AGAIN" in equal cars?

And does it mean that in Hamilton's 6 year career at Mclaren he has only lost to a teammate once with the pirelli tires helping Jenson the more smoother (slower) driver than speed king?

And is it the case that 2 No world champions have been a victim of Lewis with one of them being put to the sword twice?

Could someone please help me? thanks

islewisthatgood?,

You are beyond help.

As a neutral observer and admirer of anyone who can win at the top level I observe that you are making a fool/fanboy of yourself. It is 4 years since Lewis challenged for a championship. The same cannot be said of Button, Vettel, or Webber. He has been let down by the car this year, but so has Button, and certainly Alonso.

Button is a class act. No question. On and off the track. Just watch some of his overtakes and you'll see what I mean. It's like knife through butter. resistance is futile. His battles with Kimi...totally fair but hard racing. You never felt they were going to crash into each other. Even when Vettel overtook Jenson in Abu, he showed class when he knew Vettel had the corner. Even though I was disappointed in the way it happened, it's called living to fight another day and bringing the car home in one piece.

Nothing against Maldonado, but when he is going into a corner with another driver, it's face-palm time! You just know something is going to happen. Either he fights a losing battle or runs into the other guy.
