Thing is it will take a lot of luck for him to win next weekend. There's the small chance his own car or team will let him down aswell as the fact if vettel retires he still needs to finish well to win.
Nevertheless I hope he wins it as irregardless Vettel will win the champ next year unless they change the rules radically again.

If Fernando's best years are behind him, does that mean the current drivers aren't as good as the ones 5 years ago? What a stupid remark. Its been said he's in the prime of his career, racking up more podiums rhis year in a car that's been third best for most of it. He ahead of everyone in the championship except for one.

Some comments really amaze me. So many people suddenly trash talking him. Its evident he is keeping positive and that's what he needs to keep saying and believing. At the end of the day, its a game some you lose some you win. I'm sure if he had the 13 points lead everyone would be praising him. Todos Con Alonso!!!

Enough of this "underdog" talk! Everyone has seen at this point that Ferrari is very quick on Sundays, otherwise he wouldn't have so many podiums this year. But of course, if he can make everyone believe the car is a complete garbage, everyone will think he's super amazing fantastic the best ever driver. Pathetic!

I bet Alonso "slept more easily" after the Abu Dabi GP, he was completly washed out!

Watch the pre-ceremony bit where they get the Del Boy watches etc. He can't even talk!

One thing is for certain, if he wins/loses he has a drive with Ferrari next year and probably the next five years. With ANY team in his case. The sam can REASONABLY be said for his team mate! Some people dont know how to critiscise and therefor not as secure, huh?

Thats prpbably more to the point?
