Kubica needs to do more surgery to that hand of his, he needs to fully utilize his hand or an F1 future for him is doubtful, as much as I'd like to have him back.

+Kamui to FI is my guess. Mallaya is definetly in need of some cash and from the podium in Suzuka, I'd bet that he got more sponsorship.

+ Williams needs to keep both of them, too much driver changes over the years. They finally have a good package and the current drivers have developed and knows the car.

+ Raikkonen and Kovalinen at Lotus? My safe bet is that Grosjean is going to be signed again.

The rest I have not a clue. The better bet would be to try to sign as a Pirelli test driver rather than being lapped all season or go back to GP2 and win a championship like Grosjean did. That will get the F1 bosses attention.
