It looks like both Alonso and Vettel opted for a rain set up while both mclarens, Webber's and Massa's cars are on a dry setup for maximum lap time attack.

How on earth can Alonso b satisfied with his grid position while Vettel is leading him by 13 pts and 4 places at the start of the race.. Doesnt make sense even with rain settings!

Alonso also denied that he had gone for a wet set-up during qualifying.

"Not really. These days the wet or dry set-ups are dominated by the aerodynamics so you can change the level of downforce but here because you run the maximum downforce in the dry in the wet there is no big change.
