Red Bull Racing has confirmed that they have sealed a four-year extension to their partnership with Japanese car manufacturer Infiniti - which also takes naming rights from 2013.

Infiniti's are glorified Nissan's. Nissan are 45% owned by Renault. RBR use Renault engines. I guess this makes them the closest thing to a Renault works team since they pulled the plug on the Enstone outfit.
