Alonso did deserve to be champion...but alas his team couldn't provide him with a car good enough for all tracks and all conditions. Not saying Vettel isn't deserving of the title but the fact of the matter is Alonso is a better driver and had some bad luck as well as a car just not up to the job.

In my opinion, Fernando really deserved the title. This season was exciting because if him! he always gives 120%. Hopefully Ferrari will give him and Felipe a faster car and Fernando will be WDc and Ferrari the Construcors!! Forza Fernando!

Alonso lucked into the championship through the misfortune of others and team orders so it is hard to say if he deserved anything other than what he got.

OK OK OK Stefano, I like you a lot but stop bleating about how much your man deserved the title. The fact is he didnt, end of. And Ferrari many times won titles you may not really of deserved in the past so Ferrari should understand that better then most. It's all sounding a little sad so why dont you all get over it and let us decide how to feel and you rise above it and congratulate Red Bull and Vettel for nailing you again

There were some very interesting comments by Shuhei Nakamoto, vice president of Honda Racing Corporation and former senior member of the Honda F1 Project, at a recent MoToGP meeting," at F1 Ferrari has absolute authority, we suffered because of this and is one of the reasons we quit F1". With someone in this position making these comments about Ferrari, no doubt further rule changes will have some 'input' from Ferrari to help them win next year!

Overrated. Overrated. Overrated. He was behind by 13 points in the last race of the season and played it safe while Vettel, who had a wholesome points lead worked his way up the field after a race ending crash and spin and worked his way to where he needed to be. The pass on Kobayashi with so much at risk was career defining. Against all odds and against his teammate too, Vettel drove to legendary status. Alonso, on the other hand waited for his team, teammate and other's misfortune to hand him the championship. He should have been pounding personal best laps after personal best laps. He was behind in points and had nothing to lose by taking risks in the last race. Alonso is the most gifted driver in f1. He has been gifted the most wins since 2008. Senna, Schumacher, and all the other greats would have done everything they could to win that crown but not Alonso. He was content to wait for something bad to happen to others. Even wishing for Vettel's engine too break. It wasn't the car

It was Alonso. Massa had the pace in the last few races. Alonso didnt. He didn't have this and the last three years. Watch out because Massa's pace and mojo back. Ask Kimi how Massa is when he is motivated and is on song. Almost a champion.
