Sebastian Vettel was playing down his comments about Red Bull having overcome the 'dirty tricks' of his rivals, widely assumed to be a jab at Ferrari and Fernando Alonso.

Someone's head has got a little big for its shoulders, what a way to show young fans how to act.. There were times you had things slide through the FIA during the year. As did all, the season was above all and I don't remember as many questions this year as last. Grow up!!

I'm glad to see that Sebastian was watching the comments here at www.crash.net and took note that I labled Ferrari's stunt in Texas as "dirty tricks."

VOLLGAS SEBASTIAN!

Didn't Red Bull start SV from the pits with a completely different set-up car, than the practice one, to avoid the first corners mellea that the other rear of grid have to go through, apparently in the rules, but very rarely seen!

@whiner, you nickname says it all. Vettel knows nothing about what??? Humility??? Who's the driver that always thanks his team, and share his achievements with them, as opposed to others who keep complaing about their equipment? The one who NEVER use mind games against rivals? The one who praises his opponents instead of saying their winnings are due to the designer? This surely is not Alonso or Hamilton, this is VETTEL!

Vetel was in the stewards more times than he has hot dinners. He behaved like a child as always. He was luckly this year. If Mclaren hadnt let down Hamilotn, Vetel wouldnt have won.

Three hours in the stewards room bheaving like a child. Its no way to behave.

F1 should show the stewards and the decisions like they do with the horse racing. That would make things fair. Come on Bernie.

F1 is a fierce and ruthless competition. There is nothing like 'dirty tricks' or 'unfair-play'. If something's not strictly forbidden by rules, it's allowed. Teams would be stupid not to try any possibilities to get as good result as possible.

I love this sport and the people who post so much crap on this site. It really makes for some entertaining reading. You know race car drivers are human beings. They have a right to their own opinions. It's all part of the show people. We get on as if they are saints. Glad to see vettel taking some flak though. Keep some negative attention of Lewis for a bit. I think he well deserves title though. What he went through at Brazil and some of previous races don't think other drivers would have had the mental discipline or luck to come out on top the way he did. Well done vettel and if you can bag number 4 next year good for you. Give these fools on the forum an opportunity to post something for us readers to laugh at. BTW one of the best races for a long long time. Thanks for giving us a thrilling finale seb. Not a big fan of yours but i give credit where credit is due.
