While I definitely understand Timo's disappointment, they certainly had every chance to hang on to tenth as Pic was ahead of Petrov toward the end of the race. However the pace of the Marussia was nowhere near enough to keep the Caterham behind and somehow I think that was a quite appropriate way to end the fight between the two teams.

Some cred has to go Marussia's way because they have been fighting this year and improved a lot, occasionally beating the Caterhams in quali. In reality though they both need to improve massively.

Glock has been an eternal backmarker, so who is he to complain about finishing position on track. Unfortunately, his most memorable moment is when he screwed Massa by giving up the pass to Hamilton on the last turn at Interlagos. Why he continues to get an F1 seat is beyond me.

Caterham
. Renault engines
. KERS
. An extra 500,000 euros
. Barely beats Marussia

Marussia
. Cosworth engines
. No KERS
. No bonus money
. Almost beats Caterham

I'd love to see Marussia stick two fingers up at Caterham next year

Completley agree, marussia did so well and had 10th place longer than caterham had this year, the fact they were a similar match shows how well they have done dispite the clear disatvange without KERS and as much funding.Next year i really hope they beat caterham, they desevre to.I'm also glad glock is staying with them, for me, he is the best driver of the 3 "new" teams and is the right man to get them thier first points.
