Having said that, in my personal opinion the final results will not be changed and I personally don't think they should be changed.

Regardless of whether he passed under yellow or not too much time has passed to go back and change the results now. At some point soon after the end of the race the results need to be certified regardless what comes out days later.

Sky clearly analysed the pictures during and after the race. Vettels move was already in the public domain. He seemed fortunate to avoid a penalty at the time but no action was taken and it is too late to start raking through it again now.

No doubt Ferrari has waved goodbye to this championship but looking forward clarification needs to be made if the situation ever arises again for or against Ferrari.
